LifeEnrich sends daily life challenges by text. We only keep what we need to run that service: your phone number, whether you are opted in, and the messages between you and our number. This policy explains how we handle that information.
Information We Collect
We do not ask for your name, email, or mailing address to use the SMS service. The only information we retain on our systems is listed below.
Phone number
The mobile number you use to text our service. We use it to send daily challenges and to receive your replies (including opt-in and opt-out requests).
Opt-in status
Whether you are currently subscribed or have opted out (for example, after you text STOP). This lets us honor your choices and comply with messaging rules.
Message history
The SMS messages exchanged between your number and the LifeEnrich service number, including commands such as STOP or HELP and our responses.
This website is informational. We do not require an account to read it, and we do not collect personal data from you through the site itself beyond what is typical for hosting and security (for example, basic server logs). We do not use that browsing data to build a profile of you or to sell advertising.
How We Use Your Data
Deliver challenges
Send you the daily life challenge messages you signed up for at the phone number you provided.
Operate the service
Process opt-in and opt-out, respond to HELP, troubleshoot delivery issues, and keep a record of messages as needed to run the service safely.
Legal & safety
Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, and protect users and the service from abuse or fraud.
SMS Policy
When you text our service number to opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from LifeEnrich with daily life challenges and occasional service-related messages.
You will typically receive about one message per day while subscribed.
Message and data rates may apply; LifeEnrich does not charge for the texts themselves.

Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep your phone number, opt-in status, and message history for as long as you remain subscribed and as needed afterward to honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you text STOP, we update your subscription status and stop sending marketing or challenge messages as required.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Because we only store the categories above, a deletion request removes that data from our active systems subject to any legal exceptions.
