01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LifeEnrich. By texting our service number to opt in, or by accessing our website (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS. Your continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Description of Service

LifeEnrich is an SMS-based service that delivers daily life challenges to subscribed users. The service operates as follows:

check_circle You opt in by sending a text message to our service number.
check_circle Once opted in, you will receive daily life challenge messages via SMS.
check_circle You may pause challenges at any time by texting PAUSE, or opt out entirely by texting STOP.

The service is provided free of charge by LifeEnrich. Standard message and data rates from your carrier still apply.

03 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

check_circle Have a valid mobile phone number capable of sending and receiving SMS messages.
check_circle Be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the phone number used.

04 SMS Messaging Terms

By texting our service number to opt in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LifeEnrich at the phone number you used to opt in.

Frequency

You will receive approximately 1 message per day. Occasional additional messages may be sent for service-related updates.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. LifeEnrich does not charge for the service itself.

Opt-Out

Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.

Pause

Text PAUSE to temporarily pause daily challenges. Text RESUME at any time to start receiving them again.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05 Data We Collect

We believe in collecting only what is necessary to operate the Service. The only personal data we store is:

check_circle Your opt-in status — whether you are currently subscribed or have opted out.
check_circle Message history — the text messages exchanged between you and the LifeEnrich service number.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only with our SMS service provider as necessary to deliver messages to you.

06 User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

check_circle Send abusive, threatening, harassing, or obscene messages to the service number.
check_circle Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
check_circle Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these terms.

07 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

LifeEnrich provides life challenges for personal growth, motivational, and entertainment purposes only. We are not medical, psychological, or fitness professionals. The challenges are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You participate in any challenge at your own risk and should consult a qualified professional before undertaking any activity that may affect your health or safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeEnrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

08 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your phone number, opt-in status, and message history for as long as you are subscribed to the Service. If you opt out by texting STOP, your opt-in status will be updated to reflect your unsubscribed state.

If you wish to have all of your data permanently deleted from our systems, you may contact the developer at enriqueornelasjr@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

09 Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by texting STOP to our service number. We may also suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to receive messages will cease immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Data Retention) will remain in effect.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
